So I'm usually a proponent of eating healthy meals (which usually means not eating out!). But I know we've all been there....it's 4:30pm and the kids are in the midst of a total nuclear breakdown because you've been out for the past 3 hours and it's almost dinner time. You need to eat somewhere fast but in today's trying economic times, it has to be cheap too. So here is a list of restaurants where kids can eat free. It's grouped by day of the week, and tells you what time of the day the kids can get a free meal!
